　　为加快我市建筑钢结构产业发展，培养一批建筑钢结构专业技术人员，现就做好2006年度非公有制企业建筑钢结构专业中、初级职务任职资格考评工作有关事项通知如下：<;/font>;<;/p>;

<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　一、 范围和对象<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　非公有制企业中从事建筑钢结构二次深化设计、构件制造和安装施工的人员。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　二、 申报条件<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　(一)正常晋升<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　中专及以上学历从事专业工作满1年，可申报技术员。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　中专学历从事专业工作满5年，大专学历从事专业工作满3年，本科学历从事专业工作满1年，可申报助理工程师。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　大专及以上学历任助理工程师满4年，硕士学位或双学士学位任助理工程师满2年，可申报工程师。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　所学专业与现从事专业不一致的，从事专业工作年限均相应增加1年。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（二）破格晋升<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　1、技术员须符合下列条件中的两条：<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（1）在市级以上（含市级，下同）专业学术会议上交流或发表过有一定价值的论文、技术工作总结。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（2）市科技进步奖、建设工程质量优胜奖、建设工程文明标化工地等以上荣誉的贡献者。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（3）2001年以来获得市级以上劳动模范、突出贡献专业技术人员、先进工作者、科技先进工作者等荣誉的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（4）高中毕业从事专业工作满5年，初中毕业从事专业工作满7年，并具有较高专业水平和实际业务技能的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（5）承担过单体用钢150吨（单体面积5000平方米）以上建设项目的构件制造、施工安装的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　2、助理工程师须符合下列条件中的两条:<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（1）在市级以上专业学术会议上公开交流或发表过有价值的学术论文。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（2）市科技进步奖、建设工程质量优胜奖、建设工程文明标化工地等以上荣誉的主要贡献者。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（3）2001年以来获得市级以上劳动模范、突出贡献专业技术人员、先进工作者、科技先进工作者等荣誉的。<;/font>;<;/p>;

<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（4）主持一个单位或部门的技术工作2年以上,且业绩特别显著的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（5）高中毕业从事专业工作满7年，初中毕业从事专业工作满10年，专业水平高，业务能力强，工作业绩显著。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（6）承担过单体用钢300吨（单体用钢150吨两个）或单体面积1万平方米（单体面积5000平方米两个）以上建设项目的构件制造、施工安装的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　3、工程师须符合下列条件中的三条：<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（1）任现职以来在省级以上学术刊物、学术会议上公开发表或交流过两篇以上具有较高理论水平和实用价值的专业学术论文，或正式出版过专业著作或译著。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（2）任现职以来获省部级四等、宁波市级三等、市级二等以上科技成果奖；获省建筑钢结构优质工程奖、宁波市建委优质工程奖；获省建设厅三等、宁波市建委二等以上优质勘察设计奖。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（3）任现职以来，获市级以上劳动模范、突出贡献专业技术人员、先进工作者、科技先进工作者等荣誉的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（4）年纳税150万元以上企业中主持工程技术工作3年以上，同时所主持的工程获得市级以上优质工程奖、设计奖、勘察奖、质量管理奖的。
                               （5）主持承担过单体用钢500吨（单体用钢300吨两个）或单体面积1.5万平方米（单体面积1万平方米两个）以上建设项目的二次深化设计、构件制造、施工安装的。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（6）本科学历，从事专业工作满5年；大专学历，从事专业工作满7年；中专学历，从事专业工作满12年，并担任助理工程师满4年；高中学历，从事专业工作满15年，并担任助理工程师满4年；其他学历从事专业工作满20年，并担任助理工程师职务满4年。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　三、 考评办法<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　初级任职资格评定采用考试和评审相结合的方式，所学专业与现从事专业不一致或破格晋升的人员，须参加基础理论和专业知识考试；中级任职资格评定采用面试和评审相结合的方式，申报人员均须参加面试。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　考（面）试成绩合格的，报评委会评审。评审结果予以公示，无异议的，由市人事局发文公布并核发相应证书。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　四、申报材料内容及要求<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（一）专业技术人员业务档案和任现职以来专业技术工作总结。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（二）《专业技术职务任职资格评审表》一式2份。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（三）反映专业技术水平实绩材料（论文、著作、专利等）。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（四）符合破格条件的证明材料（获奖证书、资历证明、学历证书、工程合同、项目经理业绩簿、工程任务验收单、分包工程进度款申请表、上岗证书等原件和复印件）。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　（五）《专业技术职务任职资格申报人员花名册》（附件1）一份。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（六）《专业技术职务任职资格申报人员情况综合表》（附件2）一式15份，A3纸打印。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　（七）《浙江省计算机应用能力（三级）考核证书》（45周岁以下）。正常晋升中级任职资格须提供相关专业论文一篇。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　申报专业技术职务任职资格的资历计算到2006年12月底。在此期限内已达到退休年龄的，不列入申报范围。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;
　　提交的材料、证件为原件和复印件各1份，原件经市人事局审核后退还给本人。递交2寸正面免冠近照1张（背面写上姓名），做证备用。<;/font>;<;/p>;

<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　五、材料报送时间、地点<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;

　　申报材料经单位核实，由所在镇（街道）经济发展办公室、开发区经济发展局初审汇总后，于8月10日前报市专业技术资格评价中心（青少年宫北路425号，电话：63026647、63981408）。<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;
<;font size="4" face="仿宋_GB2312">;　　六、收费标准<;/font>;<;/p>;
<;p style="line-height: 38px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">;

　　评审费按浙价费[2002]229号文件规定执行：即中级每人180元，初级每人100元。考务费每门课50元。<;/font>;<;/p>;
